New Zealand General Election

1.You put your vote in something Called a Ballot Box                                                    

2. You vote on the 23rd of september (Saturday)

3.Bill English was the previous prime minister.

4. The Party with the most votes wins the election.

5. Citizens of New Zealand vote for their next government

1.New Zealand gets split into 70 electorates

2.  A general election happens every 3 years.

3. The Party with the most votes becomes government.

4. You can only vote in libraries,Community centres and Schools.

5. You can only vote if you're 18 years old.

4. Nz first - 9 People

5. ACT - 1 People


What you need to know about New Zealand Elections

1.You have to at least be over 18 to vote

2. There are more than 12 Parties.

3. Everyone in NZ have a chance of voting

4. On Saturday September the 23rd they have to vote

5.The Last Prime Minister was John Key
