Rainforests have 4 layers the Emergent layer,
The Canopy layer, The Understory layer and the forest floor
layer. The Emergent layer is the hottest because the sunlight
hits directly at it, and it is windy because the wind current goes
straight through. The animals that live there are Macaws,
Hummingbirds and tarantulas,

Canopy
The canopy layer is located beneath the emergent layer. The
canopy layer is home to most of the animals and plants of the
rainforest and there is also plenty of food and shelter in the
layer.

Understory
The understory layer is located underneath the canopy. The
understory doesn’t get much sunlight because the trees are
very close to each other. It is dark and humid here and is also
home to smaller animals, larger animals use this layer for
hunting.

Forest floor layer
The forest floor layer is dark and humid. Only 5% of the sunlight
