Materials:                          Ingredients/Spices:
A knife                               4 medium Potatoes
A pot                                  4 cloves of garlic
A bowl                                Half inch ginger 
A chopping board                4 medium tomatoes
A grater                             10 coriander seeds 
A peeler                              ¼ of cumin seeds
                                        ½ of green cardamom seeds
                                           ½ of turmeric powder
                                  1 teaspoon of Red chilly powder    
                                               1 bowl of rice 
                                            1 tablespoon of oil
                                              10 Cinnamon Sticks 
                                                ½ Black Cardamom 
                         Method         
Step 1: Wash the potatoes
Step 2: Peel the potatoes so there's no skin at all  
Step 3: Cut the tomatoes in Halves 
Step 4: Blend the Halved Tomatoes in a blender
Step 5: Take your pan and pour the oil into it
Step 6: Once your done with the potatoes put it in the pan.
Step 7: Put whole Spices in the pot 
Step 8: Simmer the spices for 2 minutes straight 
Step 9: Put grated ginger & garlic paste for 3 mins
Step 10: Now add tumeric & Red Chilly Powder & salt
Step 11: Add blended tomatoes and cook the masala for mins
Step 12: Simmer it for 30 Mins/Half an hour
Step 13: Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve with hot rice
