Recount :(

On July the 23rd it was my friends birthday, He invited me to go to the pools with him along with his 2 older brothers. After school he picked me up and we quickly sprinted to his house, We had to wait for 10 minutes for his nan & meanwhile we were just playing fortnite. After 10 minutes had past we hopped into the car, and drove there immediately.

We Arrived to the pools then we headed to the reception area, We got our bands and went straight to the water. We jumped into the bombing area and I was to scared to jump off. Chance jumped and then I jumped, I didn't regret anything at all. We had a couple of more bombs then we had
To leave

Afterwards we went to burger king, and me and my friend just hung out till 5:00

HTLW ! :)

On the 6th of September it was Tongan Language week, we had to perform in the Summerville hall with the entire school, Parents were there to spectate all the performances and ate the food they prepared. We were the last ones to perform in front of everyone, We were sitting patiently on chairs enjoying the other splendid performances.

It was finally our turn and we performed our  Ma’ulu’ulu. It was really fun because afterwards we could get a massive feed.

After our performance we went to T.P.S hall to eat lots and different types of Tongan food. Me and my friends favourite was Otai and Keke, Otai is a watermelon or apple flavoured drink. Keke is a Brown bun but has very very good taste

):Our SCHOOL Environment:(
Weeks Ago, Our Caretaker was upset and annoyed because our school was polluted with trash and Garbage. He was talking to our Deputy Principal saying that he was going to resign and quit, but our Teacher Mrs Sharma didn’t give up , She thought of an idea that room 6 could do. She thought we could have rubbish monitors to do their duty during the mornings and lunch time.

Weeks later Mike noticed that our school environment is getting cleaner, Mike stood for a bit shocked because he didn’t know that Room 6 would help. He gave a big warm thank you ! to the monitors that helped, and one of the monitors were thankful enough to give him a gift which were lollies included with a card.

Hopefully that nobody litters our school, and Hope that Mike doesn’t quit his job

Tongan Language Week

On Tongan language week, Student leaders and Teachers set up Tongan games for the kids and seniors. The day was very very fun and me and my friends went to our first game. The first game we went to was the potato sack race that was in charge of Viola. I tried my best to defeat my friends and in the end I came 4th. We got bored so we went to the next game, This was similar to dodge ball but had a little twist. I enjoyed it and then we just started roaming around the fields till the bell rang. Afterwards we had a little drink and went upto class waiting for the bell to ring. We waited patiently and then it rang, We said our final goodbyes and went to class.

Energy light bulbs

Today I got a chance to use a human generator which generates two light bulbs LED light bulbs and the normal light bulbs. The difference is that LED light bulbs don’t take so much of energy but the normal ones take up nearly all of the energy. Shops, Restaurants use just the ordinary bulbs but if they use LED ones they can save heaps of money.

Bike day

Bike Day
Today Mike Greerer real estate donated Tamaki Primary 25 new bikes. At 11:30 the Middle syndicate went to the bike shed and sat down. Mrs. Jalili discussed the rules to the entire syndicate, And room 6 were the first ones to leave and ride the bikes around. We put our helmets on and took off to the bike track. Room 5,7 and 8 went and did some activities which were making badges and customizing their own bikes. There was Milo and Cookies that we could eat if we ever got tired.

I first went on these amazing bikes that Mike Greerer real estate donated & I took it out for a little drive around our bike track. I had 3 laps around the entire track and I got worn out already. I went to the milo stand so I could take a little break. Meanwhile me and my friend (Metui) went and made ourselves some badges, That we had to customize using paper. George and Eh htoo were in charge of it and everybody was astonished at how they made it, ever so quickly and efficiently. Afterwards I went to the stands which were holding up some ribbons and decorations for the bikes. I stayed there for the rest of the day, and Mrs Sharma told everyone to get in line in room 6.
